3. Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on the product size, weight, and delivery location. Some items may qualify for free delivery promotions.

4. Installation Deliveries
If you choose installation, your product may be delivered:
• Directly by our installation partner, or
• By courier prior to your installation date.

5. Missed Deliveries
If you miss a scheduled delivery, the courier may: • Attempt redelivery • Leave a calling card • Request that you rearrange delivery
Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
