Your Right to Return

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Start your request: Contact Returns Team.

We will provide instructions for returning the item to us.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unassembled

  • In original packaging (including all parts and manuals)

  • Free from damage, marks or signs of use

Items that have been assembled, used or damaged may not be eligible for a full refund. 

 

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These include:

  • Opened sealants, oils or treatments

  • Custom‑ordered or personalised items

  • Clearance or end‑of‑line products (where stated)

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error. More about Refund Processing.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will arrange this where possible. Start an exchange: Exchange Request.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

 

Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can put it right. 

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is unwanted, the customer covers return shipping

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, SGP Garden Products covers return shipping

Large or Heavy Items

For bulky items such as gazebos, pergolas or large accessories, we may arrange a courier collection. Collection fees may apply for unwanted returns.
